Tibbar Construction and Supply is the division of our company that is a  contractor and supplier of electrical components to Government, Healthcare and Hospitality market sectors. TC&S recognizes that we must create value and a competitive advantage for our customers while helping them reach SBE,SDBE, WOSB and EDWOSB goals and requirements.  TC&S has Mentor-Protégé relationship with a Fortune 500 company and other established large businesses that are committed to developing Tibbar.
